Make a Reservation in Three Easy Steps
1. Check the villa’s availability on the availability calendar below and review our terms and conditions.
2. Select the time period for your stay by clicking on the start and end dates you need (e.g. if you want to stay from July 22 – July 29, go the July availability calendar and click on the numbers 22 and 29, respectively).The price (including tax) will be calculated automatically
3. Please fill out the short reservation form and click “Make Reservation”.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that lists your reservation dates and information concerning payment.

Cleaning fee
• Included in the price if you stay 6 or more nights.
• For stays fewer that 6 nights: $90
Reservation deposit
• Reservations made more than 8 weeks (60 days) in advance: $250
• Reservations made 8 weeks (60 days) or less in advance: Payment in full is required.
Security deposit
A security deposit of $250 is due 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival. If a reservation deposit has been made, it will convert into a security deposit 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after departure.
We accept the following methods of payment:

• PayPal
• U.S. checks
All online payments are handled through PayPal’s encrypted SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system.
